Getting started is easy. Book a FREE taster class by emailing email@example.com or book a Foundation course by registering as a new customer at the “Login/Register” section below and booking on to the Foundation course of your choice (alternate Saturdays, 10.30-12). Once you’ve done a Foundation course then you can start booking in for classes!
If you’d prefer to do the Foundation course via Personal Training then drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your personal training sessions.
