Getting Started

We focus our attention on being extraordinarily effective at coaching our clients to move efficiently, realise their athletic potential and achieve their fitness goals.

Getting started is easy. Book a FREE taster class by emailing info@crossfit2012.co.uk or book a Foundation course by registering as a new customer at the “Login/Register” section below and booking on to the Foundation course of your choice (alternate Saturdays, 10.30-12). Once you’ve done a Foundation course then you can start booking in for classes!

If you’d prefer to do the Foundation course via Personal Training then drop us an email to info@crossfit2012.co.uk to arrange your personal training sessions.
