At CrossFit 2012 we focus our attention on being extraordinarily effective at coaching our clients to move efficiently, realise their athletic potential and achieve their fitness goals. There are a few ways you can get started:

Option 1. Book a FREE Trial class.  Just email us to book into a class.  All of our coaches are friendly and experienced and will teach you everything you need to know to perform CrossFit movements safely and effectively in a class environment.

Option 2: Simply purchase a membership and book into your first class. All of our coaches are friendly and experienced and will teach you everything you need to know to perform CrossFit movements safely and effectively in a class environment. Sign up as a new customer here, purchase a membership and get booking your classes!

Option 3: Book a 1-hour Personal Training session for £60 and start learning the fundamental movements of CrossFit.

Option 4: Book 3 1-hour sessions of Personal Training for just £144 to learn all the fundamental movements of CrossFit.  This option is ideal for people who are getting back to exercise after a break or who are just wanting a bit more 121 help and reassurance before joining classes.
