Ben is a Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience and he works out of CrossFit 2012. Specialising in mobility training, Ben describes himself as a “Student of movement”. A qualified Functional Range Conditioning practitioner, he has an extremely holistic and nurturing approach to exercise – and like CrossFit – he prioritises correct and efficient movement patterns above all else.

Ben runs the CrossFit 2012 Mobility WOD class every Monday evening at 8pm, which focuses on “increasing end range and building stability within it” – so if you feel like giving your body some TLC come and check it out!
